Maintenance instructions for the maintenance schedule of the full hydraulic crawler type three-point pile driver:
 
      1, each class of maintenance (after class shift)
 
     (1) Before the daily operation, the operator should clean the surface of the pile driver. The parts that need to be refueled must be refueled 1-3 times a day to keep the lubricated parts lubricated.
 
     (2) Remove dirt and dirt from the equipment.
 
     (3) Check the fastening bolts of each part and check the lubrication and wear of the main clutch, steering, water pump, fan bearing, high pressure oil pump, load wheel, and pulley. If there is any problem, it should be dealt with in time.
 
     (4) Handle the leakage and damage of the hydraulic system in time.
 
     (5) Check the finishing tools and scrub them clean. Fill in the equipment operation record to make the writing clear, tidy and accurate.
 
      2, the first level of maintenance: (per work 120 to 150 hours) on the basis of the completion of each class of maintenance work.
 
     (1) Engine part:
 
      1 Remove and wash the air filter, oil filter, diesel filter net. Let go of the fuel tank deposit and clean the fuel tank filter.
 
      2 Check and replace the crankcase lubricating oil of the pile driver and clean the respirator.
 
      3 Check and adjust the tightness of the generator belt and fan belt to lubricate the fan bearings.
 
      4 Check the water pump for water leakage and clean the oil outside the water tank.
 
      5 Check the flywheel connecting screw and the connection with no break, if there is a break replacement.
 
      (2) Walking and operating mechanism
 
      1 Check the lubricating oil surface of each gearbox and gearbox, and add enough lubricant according to the standard liquid level.
 
      2 Check the load wheel, the carrier pulley, the drive wheel and the half shaft bearing bush and add enough lubricant and grease.
 
      3 Check the adjustment of the track tension and tighten the track bolts.
 
      4 Clean the steering room and let go of the dirt.
 
      5 Check and adjust each operating mechanism and add enough grease.
 
      6 Do a good job of cleaning, lubrication, fastening and adjustment of the pile driver.
